A variety of Arc/Info data sets in export format have been downloaded
and archived on the CGRER workstations.
These data sets are mostly base maps and might be useful for various projects.
They include:
- International boundaries for the world
- State and county boundaries of the United States
- U.S. Federal land boundaries (1:1,000,000)
- U.S. National Forests (1:7,500,000)
- U.S. National Park boundaries
- U.S. Bureau of Land Management Districts
- Department of Interior Ecosystem Initiative Areas
- Digital map data for Iowa (political boundaries, rivers, topography, etc.)
- Hydrologic units for the United States
- Location of reservoirs in the United States
- Vegetation maps for the United States and World
