Description:

This CD-ROM gives detailed climatological summaries for about 980 locations worldwide. These locations include National Weather Service locations, domestic and overseas Navy and Air Force sites, and selected foreign stations. Limited summaries are also give for almost an additional 5,000 worldwide sites. Tabular or statistical data can be exported to a printer or spreadsheet.

This data set uses a PC-based menu-driven program to extract the desired data. The PC software is on the CDROM.

Documentation

There is some limited documentation on the CD-ROM. A one-page summary and an errata sheet are also available.
