Location

The conference will be held in the 2nd floor Ballroom of the Iowa Memorial Union (IMU), corner of Madison and Jefferson Streets. Parking is available in the IMU Parking Ramp, adjacent to the IMU, and the UI North Madison Street Ramp, located 1 block from the IMU, at a rate of $0.60 per hour or $6 per day.

Registration

You are encouraged to register in advance, but can register at the door the day of the symposium. The registration fee is $25; the fee is waived for students at all levels, with ID. The registration fee covers entry, the program, and afternoon refreshments. Lunch and dinner are extra ($12 and $25, respectively; choose an entree for dinner) and require advanced registration by February 20. Payment may be made in advance by check or credit card. Attendance at the after dinner address requires registration but not the dinner.

Web Broadcast

Some portions of the symposium will be broadcast live over the internet. RealPlayer G2 ( free download) is required to view the video. Portions of the symposium will also be available for viewing later, and will be posted on the CGRER web site as they are ready.

As soon as the video has been converted into RealVideo format, and a permanent server can be installed, RealVideo of the symposium will be available on-line.
